Job description
We are currently looking for a reliable part-time employee (25 to 30 hours per week) in the area of customer service and customer communication.
Your tasks

Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone

Case research and analysis for optimal and effective customer service

Review monitoring and maintenance
-
Communication with shipping service providers (inquiries, returns, etc.)

Communication with the warehouse or shipping department

Essentially, you will be the communication interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments and external service providers, ensuring satisfied customers and good reviews with your outstanding service.
Your profile

Secondary school leaving certificate

Initial professional experience in e-commerce is advantageous, but not essential.

You should be able to communicate facts effectively, friendly and quickly. (Call centre training would be helpful here, but is not a prerequisite)

Good to very good PC skills

Good research and analysis skills

Accurate and structured way of working

MS Office skills are an advantage

Very good German language skills

Good English language skills desirable

You find it easy to learn how to use new systems and programme interfaces.
