We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible Marketplace Operation Assistant in full-time or part-time.

Your tasks

• Maintaining our marketplaces Zalando, Amazon, AboutYou, Otto, VanGraaf, and many more (changes and specifications of the marketplaces must be implemented in a timely manner)

• Product listing creation (descriptions, product data, images, etc.) with TB.One (Tradebyte)

• Optimisation of product listings

• Close cooperation with management, the marketing department and the external photo studio

• Article and product creation

• Assortment maintenance

• Preparatory work for sales

• Active participation in various projects

Your profile

• Initial experience in e-commerce or with online marketplaces – ideally with Zalando, OTTO, ABOUT YOU or Van Graaf

• High accuracy and a keen eye for detail

• Ideally, initial experience with e-commerce sales platforms such as TB.One / other PIM systems

• Good knowledge of Office applications (especially MS Excel)

• Motivation to familiarise yourself with platform processes and tool landscapes

• Team spirit, hands-on mentality and reliability

• Flexible working hours

• Monday to Friday

• Also Saturdays during peak periods
